Great value and one of the best apartments you’ll find. Beautiful beautiful location. It’s perfect for a couple or solo traveler to enjoy Paris with a little more space than a hotel room and a great view. Nice touch with the baguette every morning - great way to greet us every morning.

This is a great location. Perfectly central but very quiet. Five star all the way and absolutely ideal for a couple or single traveller. Apartment was great. Good mattress and everything done very well. Strong recommendation.

The Montbazillac apartment was very cute and comfortable. It looks like the pictures and is in a quiet neighborhood and you have delicious fresh baguettes delivered downstairs every morning. It’s tiny but very doable for 1-2 people. Perfect central location to see most of the sites, close to good restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out was an easy process, and they leave a cute little welcome basket. The only thing I can say I would change is the bed, it’s very firm but that’s typical for Europe. Overall a wonderful place to stay for 10 days, also very nice to have an elevator!

I spent two weeks at Monbazillac and was so sorry to leave. You enter into the bedroom, which is like a hotel room with bed, storage for clothes and bathroom (two toilets and a shower). Then up a winding staircase and voila, a beautiful living room with dining table and kitchen. Alas because it was cold and rainy a lot of the time I was there, I didn't use the balcony, but I could imagine myself sitting out there, enjoying the triangular park below. Great location -- easy walk to left and right banks. I loved Restaurant Paul, just steps away. I can't say enough about Paris Perfect -- clean, safe, well-situated apartments, responsive management; I previously stayed in the 7th. You know you're in good hands. I'm already planning my return trip.

My husband and I visit Paris often and this year we stayed at the Monbazillac Apartment on the Place Dauphine. The apartment was tastefully decorated; a welcome basket made our arrival feel like we just came home, and the Terrace overlooking the Place from the top floor made our stay that much more magical! We would highly recommend using any of this building's apartments as your home base while enjoying this lovely city!

It was just a fabulous visit. The management were perfect. The person checking us in was most gracious and helpful, the apartment was beautiful and impeccable clean, all first day necessities were provided.bThe apartment was perfectly located in a very safe part of town with several restaurants on the Place, I have rented apartments in Paris since 1998 and this was the best experience I have had!

Excellent location and accommodations. So quiet and peaceful right in the midst of the hustle and bustle in Paris. We could not have been more pleased and look forward to our next stay there!! Two things to make it more perfect. A nice bottle of wine on arrival and removal of the planters on the balcony. Likely placed there to create a buffer between the two balconies, but doing so made it almost impossible for two people to sit comfortably.

Is there any superlative stronger than ‘perfect’ —you need to find one! This being our 3rd stay in this apartment—we were thrilled with the upgrades. A dryer? Perfect! Nicole was lovely and responsive. The guides were terrific. Invaluable actually. Our heated towel rack wasn’t working—which is something we so enjoy about Europe. We don’t have those in the USA. Just looked at my guide, figured out how to get the cover off and saw batteries. My husband ran out and got new ones and now we have toasty towels. The job your cleaners do is outstanding. I ran the dishwasher and was trying to get my butter knife to look as perfectly in line as hers—couldn’t do it!  Everything perfect and wonderful. One teeny tiny thing—the pepper mill has no pepper corns.  Only thing I can think of that wasn’t absolute perfection. Thank you so much for everything. We love it here so much. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your commitment to excellence. It most certainly shows.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place and the local welcome team is great. Professional pre-check-in support procedures and documents. This location is unbeatable. 

Check in process was fantastic! The local contact met us at the apartment and showed us all of the amenities - which were plentiful! The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, all the utensils you need. They provided a cute welcome basket and also milk and OJ! The apartment had TVs on both levels and 2 bathrooms. The balcony was the reason I rented this apartment to sit out and enjoy the view of the park and people below. It was perfect! Also, every morning there was an umbrella stand with fresh baguettes which I particularly loved! There is also a lobby to the building, which is so nice as you can leave luggage there for later check in/checkout. There was even access to a printer and a toilet in the lobby! The elevator was also wonderful!!! I felt totally safe and we would absolutely rent again!

The Place Dauphine location on the Ile de la Cite is one of the reasons this apartment is an excellent choice: beautiful and picturesque public square and we were walking distance to all museums and neighborhoods that we wanted to visit. The two-floor Monbazillac apartment was beautifully decorated and efficiently functional, as well. We considered it spacious for 2 and were able to spread out comfortably. The balcony was fun; we enjoyed our champagne while observing the going ons of the square. The apartment was spotless, organized, and had all the amenities we would need and want and beyond. Also, thank you for the Welcoming Gifts...the burlap shopping bag was put to good use! Paris Perfect Staff was always just an email away during the planning stage...thank you! This is the second time we have trusted Paris Perfect for our vacation stay. I highly recommend!

Good quality furnishings, comfortable bed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. It is small but perfectly formed. We will definitely return.

The property, though small, was exactly as advertised, extremely comfortable and attractively decorated. We generally choose to stay on one of the two sister islands on the Seine when we're in Paris as they tend to be quieter and less trafficked at night. The flat came with all the amenities we could want for our weeklong stay and the outdoor terrace was especially appreciated as the weather was lovely and it was wonderful to sit and look out at the activity in the Place below. The bed and bedding were first-rate and the plumbing and electrical completely reliable. Having a lift, almost unheard of in these older buildings, was a real asset. The only criticism I can make is about the scarcity of storage space for clothing and luggage. There are two armoires provided in the bedroom but they are a bit too shallow to close the doors when filled with hanging garments and the room is too small for proper nightstands beside the bed. That said, we would definitely book one of these flats again and can only assume the rest of the properties these owners represent are equally as lovely and well-maintained.

We had a lovely stay in the Monbazillac apartment for our return trip to Paris. We were there the first week of April, beautiful weather and so nice to have the terrace doors open and enjoy sounds of the place below. Apartment is exactly as pictured, one thing to note the stairs are steep. The bed is extremely comfortable and having 2 bathrooms makes getting ready so much easier. Our check-in process couldn’t have been easier, we will definitely use Paris Perfect again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the experience through "Paris Perfect" for this trip. The local staff for the building were friendly and super accommodating. The apartment was precisely as pictured, just a jewel of an apartment. It is a perfect location for a local Parisian experience. I look forward to experiencing some of their other apartments in the future.

Place Dauphine is a historic building and an ideal location for your Paris vacation. Good layout with the bedroom downstairs and living/dining/kitchen on the second floor. The views from the apartment are quaint and the balcony has a nice cozy space for sitting outside. One night I even heard a free jazz concert from the window! As a frequent guest of Paris Perfect this is one of the best locations and units of which I have stayed.

The apartment made you feel as though you were a Parisienne. Everything was as promised and met or exceeded expectations. Our greeter was waiting for us when we arrived and made sure everything was taken care of. Finally, but only one of the things that made it great, the lovely 5th floor balcony overlooking the Place Dauphine was the epitome of Paris romantic.

It was a great value and we enjoyed every minute. It was wonderful to have the upstairs living space with the balcony and the downstairs bedroom with two separate bathrooms. Perfect for one couple.

Our sojourn in Monbazillac, with its wonderful outdoor space allowing a view of a Notre Dame spire and the construction cranes, more than met our expectations. Tucked within an enclosed triangular hideaway in the heart of Paris away from the throng of tourists, 25 Place Dauphine is entirely operated by Paris Perfect. The living space was cozy, charming, and comfortable. Steps from Pont Neuf, both right and left bank sites are easily accessible by foot with minutes. For international guests arriving in the early morning to Paris the on-site luggage storage facility (including a bathroom) and hospitable lobby with comfortable lounge chairs provide extra benefits while awaiting the midafternoon check in. Be prepared for the spiral staircase connecting the two levels. While the bathrooms are small, having 1.5 baths mitigates the inconvenience. Can’t wait to return.

I go to Paris 1-2 times a year and this will now be my new go to. The apartment is absolute perfection. I am afraid to say this because I don’t want too many people to know about it. The place feels like my own home away from home in Paris. Everything is so comfortable. The location is fantastic. The bakery downstairs fed me every day.

Lovely apartment. Very quiet, comfortable bed, has AC, which came in handy, and hosts were always available. Would definitely recommend.

This location was not only beautiful but so centrally located it made visiting the right or left bank very easy. The flat was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was as described. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay in Paris! We were greeted warmly and had the most welcoming apartment. It was a peaceful haven in the midst of a vibrant city. This made our trip truly unforgettable!

25th anniversary trip. If you want a quiet, stylish, clean, cozy, safe place in the middle of Paris, in the Seine, this is it. Perfect for a couple (we think too tight for more). We have been watching everything we can find filmed in Paris and we see the Place Dauphine and Ile De La Cite in everything and remark what an amazing location it is. We intend to go back for the next round of Museum visits -- apartment is 12-15 minutes from both D'orsay and Louvre and eggs benedict at St. Regis cafe on Ile De St. Louis, right up the river. We thought about a hotel but you just can't beat more square footage (hotel rooms are super tiny) and it has 2 bathrooms, an irreplaceable feature to maintain harmony and bliss. In short, we were very impressed. Shout out to our greeter, Ida, for helping us "remember" our codes. Also, fresh bread arrives daily and, yes, the French make better bread.

Excellent location, beautifully appointed. Met most of my expectations as it was my 2nd time with PP. One thing I would add to all properties is a high quality lighted mirror. For most women, it is a necessity, especially in Paris.

This was a wonderful vacation. The balcony was superb and we walked daily. No need to take the train or a cab.

We loved our stay with Paris Perfect. The location was gorgeous and the little balcony was the icing on the cake. The apartment has plenty of charm plus modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus the host put together an impressive booklet with information about not only the apartment but also the neighborhood and public transportation. The only thing I would emphasize is that the internal staircase is definitely tight - narrow and somewhat steep, and the bathrooms are also tight - all worked great for us, but may not for everyone.

Absolutely lovely stay. The welcome bottle of wine was perfect to start our visit sitting on the terrace. Perfect location near everything, either walking or public bikes with amazing, safe bike lanes. We felt like locals and did not want to leave. We will absolutely stay with Paris Perfect on our next visit. The stay was so wonderful, we hope to visit again very soon!

Phenomenal location. The whole building is owned by Paris Perfect and so it is customized for short term stays. The square is exceptional with restaurants and an excellent pastry shop downstairs. The only caveat is make sure you are small and healthy! The stairs to the balcony are extremely narrow. Also the place is very small, much smaller than we expected from the pictures, although absolutely perfect for us as a couple. We loved it!! Highly recommend Paris Perfect!!!!

The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location. An easy walk to multiple metro/rer stations as well as great restaurants and sights like the Notre Dame and the Louvre. The courtyard outside the apartment is also a great area to grab a drink in the afternoon and see many locals come play games in the park. The stairs within the apartment from the bedroom to the kitchen/living room area are a bit narrow and steep so if you have mobility issues they may be difficult to navigate.

This well appointed, clean and comfortable property is perfectly located in the heart of Paris. Walkable to anywhere you want to go in the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks me where they should stay when visiting Paris.

Truly the most beautiful Airbnb experience I have ever had. The pictures do not do this Airbnb justice - everything is pristine, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. This is a cute Parisian flat, in a perfect location and we loved every moment of our stay. The Paris Perfect Team was a joy to work with and they were so responsive to our questions. The house guide was so thorough and we greatly appreciated how much work went into making sure our stay was perfect. The flat itself was lovely. 2 stories with a lovely balcony. It is modern and had every amenity we could ever want. The bed was comfy enough and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The upstairs living room with the kitchen was one of our favorite places to relax and we didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much, Paris Perfect!!

The apartment is in a privileged location, close to everything! The area is quiet and felt very safe. Beds are comfy, and there’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. Information was very clear and staff on the other side of the phone were helpful and polite. The welcome basket was greatly appreciated and enjoyed!

What a gem! We can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the communication prior to our arrival to the location and the flat itself, 10/10 recommend! AND it has an elevator…for those of us who tend to overpack 🙂

Magical Monbazillac! This was our second time staying in this elegant apartment and there was something wonderfully assuring (especially during these uncertain Covid times) about knowing just what awaited us. First and foremost, the balcony overlooking Place Dauphine. Even in November, we were able to enjoy several apéros and daily Parisiens-watching out there. On a practical level, we love that Monbazillac has a full kitchen, extra half-bath, and is set on two floors, in case one person needs to work or catch up on some sleep. The elegant furnishings and location on Île de la Citè just made everything feel that much more special. On a side note, we took many recommendations from the Paris Perfect neighborhood guide, including grocery shopping at Picard. (Tip: the spinach and goat cheese tarts were especially delicious.) We’re so glad that we were able to make Paris, and Monbazillac, our first overseas destination since Covid and we can’t wait to return.

The apartment was perfect for our week-long holiday. Super clean, so well designed, incredible position. We spent many hours just sitting on our small balcony with wine and charcuterie boards taking in the sights, sounds, smells of Paris! We will definitely return the next time we need our "Paris Fix"!
