Accessibility/Security: There are approximately 5 steps from the elevator landing to the apartment.

Outdoor Space: Nice large shared terrace.

Payment: €1,000 damage deposit, refundable less damages, preauthorized to a credit card.

Services/extras: Light daily housekeeping service from 10am to 12pm, also available during public and religious holidays.   

Check in/out: Check in from 2pm - 7pm, by appointment. Palazzo has a private dock for water taxi arrival/departure only with advance arrangement. Check out by 10am.

Relaxing Oasis

Menta was a lovely and very comfortable apartment. We loved the location on the quiet square shared with the St. Regis. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms roomy as European standards go, and the kitchen sufficiently stocked for our morning coffee and delivered croissants. The onsite manager, went above and beyond for us, doing laundry for my son, who had been in Europe for a while. The concierge was also very helpful with reservations and water taxis. I would definitely recommend Menta.

Fabulous experience

We have used Vacation Perfect for a number of trips and have had a superb experience every time. That was especially true in Venice. We were two couples and stayed in Menta for 3 nights. The apartment was very comfortable, the beds were terrific, the fresh croissants delivered each morning were amazing, and the location was unbeatable. Best of all was the concierge service (thank you - you were amazing) who arranged our days and guides for a fabulous overall experience. We cannot wait to come back!

Location was centrally located for easy access getting around. The freshly baked croissants and apartment service was greatly appreciated and made a difference. My husband and I recently stayed in the Menta apartment for four nights and we are happy to report that it is an absolutely lovely apartment in every way. The location is terrific as it's very near Piazza San Marco and in a very quiet area. There is one, caveat, though. The Westin Hotel is currently doing major construction and the noise and vibration can be heard in the apartment during the day.Fortunately, the workers leave around 5 pm so it is quiet in the evening. The apartment is furnished beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully maintained. The staff, including the secretary who will make dinner reservations, and the housekeeping staff were all extremely gracious and helpful. It is lovely having warm croissants delivered to the apartment daily. It is the only place we want to stay now when I'm in Venice. We highly recommend it at the risk of not being able to reserve it in the future because it is so popular.
