Situated on one of Rome’s most charming, hidden piazza’s, Magico Giardino is a slice of heaven: an entire house with a beautiful garden area where you can dine outdoors. Covering three full floors, the home is a fantastic vacation home for a crowd in a fantastic location. The picturesque piazza has been featured in many film and TV productions.

A super-convenient location close to multiple famous sites, you can easily walk to the Campidoglio, the location of the Capitoline Museum with the Roman Forum just beyond, the Victor Emmanuel monument, also dubbed ‘the wedding cake’ where you can take an elevator to the top for fabulous views over Rome, and an easy walk to the Via del Corso, Spanish Steps area where you can stroll and enjoy shopping and dining.

The Magico Giardino is named for the wonderful roomy garden, a very unusual ‘magical’ find for such a prime historic location. Guest have use of the entire house on all three levels which is comprised of two spacious apartments. Larger groups can each have some independence, if desired. The two apartments are always rented together, never independently.

Enter from the street and walk up two flights of stairs to the first apartment. On this floor is a welcoming dining space with a large table and a full kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an additional loft area with a bed.

The garden is accessed from the kitchen in this apartment. It is furnished with a large dining table, chairs, several lounge chairs, all perfect for enjoying your Rome stay with meals or cocktails al fresco.

Up an internal flight of stairs is a second apartment which spans two floors. On the first level of this apartment is the living room with a small kitchen. Also on this level is the main bedroom which also has a special feature of a sauna and whirlpool spa. There are two other bedrooms on this level.

Travel up one flight of stairs off of the living area to find two more bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.  There are a total of five bedrooms and bathrooms in the second apartment

Spectacular stay

by Ralph & Gwen B.

Loved the 'magical garden', it was such a treat to sit out and enjoy meals in the garden. Amazing that such a special setting exists, right in the heart of Rome. The Italy Perfect helped us extensively, many logistics for such a large group. Their concierge service was invaluable for assisting us with booking tours and restaurant reservations.

Trip of a lifetime

by Brooke & Kyle H.

So much to see and do in Rome and even after 7 days we left already planning our next Rome adventure. Magico Giardino was great for our entire family, grandparents, parents and grandkids. Enjoyed people-watching out the window. They were filming a fashion TV commercial one day, kids were fascinated.
