Age Restrictions: No children under 13, babies are allowed.

Sound: We ask that the noise level be kept to a minimal after 10pm to be respectful of neighbors in the building.

Booking Period: One month minimum (28 nights). Refundable security deposit required, please contact our reservations team.

Other: To protect the floors in the apartment we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes or wear slippers while in the apartment.
