Château Latour

에펠탑을 숙소에서 볼 수 있어서 지내는 동안 너무 행복했습니다. 조용한 동네 분위기와 근처 맛집들도 많아서 편했습니다. 도착후 짐을 맡기려는데 마침 숙소가 일찍 준비되어 다행히 바로 체크인 후 일정을 시작하게 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 두 딸들의 첫번째 파리 여행을 멋진 숙소와 함께 할 수 있어서 만족합니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 이불이 담요라 좀 불편했습니다.

Translation: I was so happy during my stay because I could see the Eiffel Tower from the accommodation. The quiet neighborhood atmosphere and the many great restaurants nearby made it very convenient. When I arrived, I wanted to leave my luggage, but fortunately the place was ready earlier than expected, so I was able to check in right away and start my schedule—thank you so much for that. I’m satisfied that my two daughters’ first trip to Paris could be enjoyed together with such a wonderful place to stay. The only small downside was that the blanket was more like a throw, which was a bit uncomfortable.

This was our 2nd time staying in this apartment and it was just as perfect as the first time! Don't hesitate to book this fabulous place! The apartment is roomy, the views are magnifique (especially from the private balcony), the bed is comfortable, the shower water pressure is perfect as is the water temperature. The washer & dryer work well, the kitchen is well equipped for breakfast - although we didn't cook lunch/dinner. It's quiet - except NYE when the entire city was alive with festivities. But that was to be expected. The building elevator worked well which was very much appreciated as this is a top floor apartment. My new bucket list is to book this apartment for Bastille Day when the fireworks go off at the Eiffel Tower - talk about a front row seat! I just love being able to walk out the door and have a pastry shop, cheese shop and bread shop within the first block or two. And for fresh vegetables just walk a couple blocks to the fabulous market Rue Cler! There are tons of restaurants within easy walking distance and the bus stops/metro are all convenient. Although we walked our entire time. Just a few minor details that need some attention: the Nespresso coffee machine needs to be descaled or replaced as the coffee was lukewarm and too much water was accumulating in the bottom tray. While the apartment had heat - we felt it wouldn't warm up to the temperature indicated on the thermostat (not sure the radiators worked sufficiently). Also given that it was the dead of winter - it would have been nice to have a couple throw blankets in the living room to cuddle up in.

Beautiful apartment in the 7th arrondissements. So many shops and restaurants. Safe and walkable. The apartment had everything from kitchen appliances and supplies to washer and dryer. The view is perfect of the Eiffel Tower. We are definitely staying there again.

Chateau Latour is in a great location and has beautiful views. This was our second time staying in this apartment and we would definitely stay here again. Our stay was very comfortable with the exception of two poorly functioning radiators when it was quite cold outside. We were offered space heaters and a handyman came within the first two days to vent the radiators and the temperature improved. The building itself is very quiet and beautifully maintained. There was an issue with a strong marijuana odor from the service corridor that permeated the apartment on two evenings, but this was due to residents in a neighboring apartment and beyond the control of Paris Perfect. They did contact the building management on our behalf.

Our time at Chateau Latour was perfect. Waking up everyday to the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and winding down every night to the sparkles on the hour just was the best. The neighborhood was so fun, easy to navigate and had everything we needed. Proximity to the ET and the river taxis made getting around to other areas of Paris easy and convenient. I stayed multiple days alone and felt very safe both in the neighborhood and the building. Loved meeting Maddy and Philippe on our flight back to the US and learning more about the driving force behind PP and its gracious, welcoming leader. Looking forward to more stays with you. Walking into Chateau Latour was a dream come true with the epic Eiffel Tower views from every room. We loved the neighborhood and walking to cafes and restaurants close by that were quite good. We stopped into a fromagerie, Boulangerie and market to grab everything we needed for an evening of wine and charcuterie on the beautiful balcony to relax and watch the sparkling Eiffel Tower. We had plenty of room for the four of us to be very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. I feel terrible that I don’t know the spelling of their names but the gentleman and young woman that assisted us while in Paris were both wonderful and incredibly helpful. The Paris Perfect tote bags they left for us were a special touch. Thank you for an incredible stay. We have already recommended the apartment to friends and family. Merci beaucoup.

We loved our stay in Chateau Latour. It was a great layout and cozy for our family of 4. We have stayed in the Margaux, Cognac, and Bourdeaux as well and the Chateau Latour has been our favorite. Merci

We had such an amazing 5 days here! No picture does the view of the Eiffel Tower justice, it is simply the view that won't quit! The flat itself was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 2 kiddos. The neighborhood was equally idyllic with wonderful restaurants, grocery shops, bakeries, etc. I would use Paris Perfect again in a heartbeat and would stay here again with no hesitation. Truly a magnificent 5 days. Still swooning!

You just can't believe this view until you see it personally. So wonderful to end our evenings sitting in the living room or on the balcony while the Eiffel Tower sparkled! Location was excellent - easy to walk to 2 different Metro stations, great restaurants within blocks. Being able to get fresh juice, produce, cheese and pastries daily on Rue Cler was a highlight!

This was the perfect location for taking my 85 year old mother. She only wanted to see the Eiffel Tower but couldn’t walk long distances so the balcony was perfect to take it all in. Ideal location with shops and apartment was beautiful. Paris Perfect team was wonderful.

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. The Paris onsite team was great and helped us check in and showed us how to use all the appliances, etc. Incredible views of the Eiffel Tower of course and the rooftops of Paris all the way to Sacre Coeur. We’d love to come back when the Champs de Mars is open again after the Olympics, as it’s right around the corner.

The view upon entering the flat is enthralling, and remained the highlight of the stay. But the location is a close second. It is surprisingly quiet, except for the night the marathon snaked through the streets to the pleasure of the crowds that gathered! Our stay during the Olympics was seamless, not a glitch despite what must have been a challenge for Paris Perfect. Nelli was a delight. The layout of the flat suited both sets of guests. I would select Latour again.

STUNNING! AMAZING! INCREDIBLE and UNREAL! We went with our 2 daughters ages 9 and 11. It was their first time in Paris and we wanted to make it special for them. When they walked in the apartment and saw the decor and then the view, they were so ECSTATIC! You would have sworn they were at a Taylor swift concert. Life changing core memories…We couldn’t be happier with the apartment we chose and the way it is close to restaurants, bakeries, lively ambiance and walking distance to Eiffel Tower and the Seine River Cruise. In Fact after a week there, we all want to come back and In Paris. Dream come true! Worth every penny!

I was supposed to visit Paris in 2020. Oh, well, we made it in 2024. Perfect place in a perfect neighborhood. Enough idiosyncrasies to keep it entertaining. Great view of the Eifel Tower. Champagne chilled less than a block away, in fact pretty much anything you have to have within a block or two. We did almost 20,000 steps one day, but that got us from our apartment to Notre Dam and back, plus some more.

This was the perfect Paris apartment for our family of 5. The location was ideal, and the view was spectacular. Our hosts were responsive, helpful, and flexible. We hope to return!

Spent a wonderful few days here with our middle and high school aged kids. A once-in-a-lifetime view of the Eiffel Tower delighted us all. A quiet and secure building and elegant apartment with a well-supplied kitchen. Incredibly charming. The team was proactive and highly responsive. Paris Perfect, indeed!

Exquisite stay. What a fantastic apartment and views in the 7th. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment is magical. Our liaison with Paris Perfect was excellent, and gave us great neighbourhood suggestions for restaurants and markets. We were two couples (brothers and wives) staying in Paris, two had been before and two had not. This is such a fabulous area to explore.

This place is located within steps of the Eiffel Tower. You are close enough to the metro (École militaire) to walk but far enough to avoid hearing the noises from commuters. There is an amazing boulangerie on the same block, a grocery store within two, and a Michelin rated restaurant within walking distance. There is an actual elevator in the building which is often difficult to find. The views are incredible and you will not be disappointed.

This view did not disappoint!! Stayed here with my family in December and the apartment is exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood despite its location so close to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was well equipped and the host responsive. Great stay, really charming.

We LOVE Chateau Latour. We've been to Paris 11-12 times, but it's never felt more like Paris than here! Just a glance of the Eiffel Tower or even catching it out of the corner of your eye, having it be in the background of all your family breakfasts and dinners… was priceless. The interior finishes are classy and the apartment has charm with its parquet oak flooring. We have stayed in shinier, newer remodeled apartments in Paris, but we'd give it all up for these Eiffel Tower views!

My 2 daughters and I stayed here a few weeks ago and are already desperate to return. The apartment is cozy, the location is very safe. Not a touristy neighborhood, but has easy access to everything you could need. Saved the best for last - the view. OMG. The view is the best imaginable and we watched the tower shimmer every single night. There's also a window seat in one of the bedrooms with windows where my daughters could see the tower shining every night. There are blinds, but they preferred to go to sleep by the tower light. Can't recommend this place enough and would stay there again in an instant.

Beautiful apartment and unbeatable view of Eiffel Tower. The apartment was exactly as described and have all the amenities that I was looking for. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower makes you want to stay in the apartment enjoying a glass of champagne. Will stay here again next time that I visit Paris

We have stayed in rental villas, houses and apartments around the globe. This property is among the very best. Stop looking and start booking. You won’t find a better view, lovelier abode, nor more courteous support and ongoing communication than this one. Immaculate, well equipped, walkable to major sites. It made our Paris perfect!!

We had the most amazing stay. The terrace with the view of the Eiffel Tower is unbeatable. It was quiet, comfortable, air conditioned and safe. The surrounding restaurants were delicious, love that it is so close to everything. My favorite restaurant was La Fontaine De Mars.. delicious!

Great place to stay if you want panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower (which I did), perfect air conditioning (my husband), and room to move around (both of us). It’s convenient to metro and bus stops, restaurants, grocery. Nice working elevator and air conditioning. Washer and dryer weren’t in the best of shape. Wish it had a king sized bed and toilet in the main bedroom. Otherwise perfect and we would rent it again.

Wonderful family visit. We could not believe the view of the Eiffel Tower. The pictures did not do it justice. It is much closer than it looks. We loved the neighborhood and felt very at home at this apartment. Paris Perfect truly makes for a perfect trip to Paris. We only had one small issue with the washer. It was a user error on our part, but I only mention it because they were so proactive and came later the same day to address it.

This location, the apartment, the rooms, everything was just perfect. It was situated in an area that was safe, clean and just offered the most breathtaking views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. I brought my 8 & 10 year olds to see Paris and my family and they both loved their room and the view of the Eiffel towel from their beds! It was a very special place to stay and I was so thankful for all the amenities they offered here. Absolutely recommend it and I'm severely particular!

Our family of five enjoyed an amazing week in Paris staying at The Chateau Latour. The apartment was clean, well appointed and located in a great area, the 7th Arrondissement, with lots of cafes, bakeries and markets within close walking distance. However, the main attraction is the magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower right out the windows of the apartment. We took advantage of the view every night over a nice glass of wine! The team at Paris Perfect was very well organized, responsive and provided lots of great recommendations of places to eat, drink and be merry. We highly recommend Chateau Latour for your next trip to Paris.

This unit has incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. The pictures on the website represent the property perfectly. The neighborhood and 7th is spectacular - clean, safe, and everything you need and want it steps from your door - restaurants, bakeries, groceries and Rue Cler. Our family of 4 used bikes and the metro from this location to see all of Paris, without issue. Evenings were quiet and we slept perfectly. The AC in the unit was so important to us during our summer visit. You cannot go wrong with this unit and you will spend each night watching the Eiffel Tower light up and twinkle before bed. Recommended taxi service to and from the airport was wonderful as well.

This place was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. I was traveling with Mom and my 10 year old, it was a perfect place for them to come home early and still feel on vacation, while my husband and I stayed out. Morning Coffee and croissants on the terrace in was a dream. Surrounded by great boulangeries and cafes. We had an early arrival and had to leave the bags in storage and return for check-in, I was nervous about this, but it worked wonderful and the storage is just steps away from the apartment… the whole process was seamless and wonderful. The building had an issue with the pipes and the staff was very attentive and nice about my concern… the issue was fixed within a day! Paris was in protests because of the reform, and some areas had garbage and road closures. But this area was absolutely clean and peaceful. Perfect vacation for all of us! The stay was worth every penny.

Besides the stellar view of the Eiffel Tower, the location was just perfect. The neighborhood was charming and had great restaurants and plenty of market shopping. Using their recommended taxi service made arriving and departing a breeze. We had such a lovely time!

We’ve stayed in Chateau LaTour several times. The views of the Eiffel are extraordinary. Great location to everything you need including Rue Cler. Apartment needs some updating and touch up. Otherwise, hard to beat.

Our Paris Perfect apartment was in a word phenomenal! It was a perfect accommodation for our family of four. It was well appointed, clean, quiet, secure and most of all an incredible location.

Just spent a perfect week with friends at Chateau Latour. We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment. It had everything we needed and in a perfect location. Loved the neighborhood which is a short walk from Rue Cler. Enjoyed all the little shops on our street for cheese, bread, wine, fruit. And of course, the 24/7 view of the Eiffel Tower could not be beat! The only drawback is the toilet for master bedroom is in the hallway but that was just a minor inconvenience. I will definitely use Paris Perfect Rentals again. So many beautiful apartments to pick from!

This apartment is perfectly located near the Eiffel Tower and all the restaurants, markets etc in the surrounding area. It was ideal for our family - immaculate, spacious, well equipped and very quiet. The view of the tower from the living room and master bedroom is amazing. We booked for a week and ended up extending for 2 weeks more. Overall we were delighted.

This was our fourth stay in a Paris Perfect apartment. It is always a flawless experience - the staff make it so easy! We love the Chateau Latour! Thank you! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! Our family of 5 had a great time, the reading nook was put to use by the kids. One of the best views of the Eiffel Tower. Great location short walk to Rue Cler market and the tower.

Everything was perfect!

This was our second stay at the Chateau Latour, and both times, we could not have asked for a better experience. The staff at Paris Perfect are great. Before we started booking through Paris Perfect, we had tried a couple of other apartments in Paris, but they did not compare with the Latour. We will stay with Paris Perfect again!!

We have stayed in Paris numerous times always in a hotel. This was our first venture into an apartment. Paris Perfect was recommended to us and you did not disappoint. We knew we wanted to stay in the 7th and settled on Chateau Latour. We took our granddaughter for her first trip to Paris and she loved her bedroom. The view, of course, was spectacular, and the location in the 7th was fantastic. The staff was great and our check-in went flawlessly. The building was good with the exception of some construction noise in the mornings, which we were told about ahead of time . Since we were out of the apartment most of the day, it didn't really bother us. The information booklet in the apartment was incredibly detailed (down to the type of soap to use in the washing machine and dishwasher) Terrific experience all around and the weather considering it was March in Paris cooperated. If you want to experience Paris, this is the best way. We would highly recommend Paris Perfect and we hope to visit again soon. The car service, Victor's Cab 4 You, was excellent and on time for our very early departure from the apartment. Merci and A bien tot!

We love Paris Perfect and every apartment we have stayed in. Great views from Chateau Latour balcony; sunsets behind the Eiffel, convenient to essential shopping: groceries, pharmacy, wines, bakeries. Easy access to Metro and RER; well stocked, clean , quiet. Staff was great, and they don't intrude. Rate it 5 stars.

Our family of five had a great visit to Paris this summer, with Chateau Latour as our home base. The flat is strategically located in a great residential neighborhood with loads of restaurants, shops and character. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower directly out our windows and from the balconies, as well as picking out our apartment and balcony in a reverse view from the very top of the tower. We were also very happy to relax in the apartment's central air conditioning, given our first few days caught the end of a major heat wave. The Paris Perfect team did a super job arranging all the details for our arrival, and were readily available during our stay. We'll most definitely be back to Paris, and will be sure to book with both Paris Perfect and Chateau Latour again.

What a spectacular stay in Paris. The apartment was superb. We were two couples from the US. Chateau Latour was perfect. Plenty of room so we each had our own "space." The instructions and orientation from Sam were excellent and whenever we needed advice, we called Paris Perfect for help. They were all great. Every day we would see the sights and walk for miles and then return to the apartment around 4:30 for wine, cheese and a baguette. With the french doors open, a nice breeze and a view of the Eiffel Tower, we could not have asked for more. And the location, being in a real french neighborhood, was superb. I can't wait to return.

We thought the furnishings were nice and the kitchen, while small, was very well appointed. We loved the amazing views, the balcony and the location with so many great little places to eat, shop and walk. Your staff was very helpful. The 7th is still our very favorite arrondissement. And Paris Perfect is the best as well!
