This was our second stay in this lovely apartment and the renovations make this apartment feel like home. It was so nice to have two full bathrooms and the apartment was well equipped. We have rented from Paris Perfect numerous times and are never disappointed. The location and views from this apartment make it the perfect place to stay.

We had a beautiful trip in Paris. Many thanks to the people at Paris Perfect. Accommodations were everything advertised. Views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular. The apartment was beautiful. The surrounding neighborhood had everything you could possibly want in terms of shopping and restaurants.

Exceeded our expectations about the place! Stayed there during the Paris Olympic Games and will forever remember our time there. Breakfast with a view, and warm summer nights on the balcony with the view of the Eiffel Tower. Very responsive team and we can't thank them enough for the chance to store our luggage nearby before and after check-out! 10/10

Our week long stay at Cabernet was incredible! This was our first trip to Paris and our 36th anniversary. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained and the Eiffel Tower view was simply magical. Every need you might have is right at your doorstep. Grocery store across the street, quaint dining spots in every direction, taxi station right around the corner and walking distance to the iconic Eiffel Tower. The elevator is small but it was a welcomed relief after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The Paris Perfect team have certainly made this apartment perfect! I can’t thank you all enough for the incredible accommodations and for making my dream vacation a reality.

We had the pleasure of staying for one week at the Paris Perfect apartment - The Cabernet. It is a lovely one bedroom 2 full bathroom property in the 7th Arrondissement right near the Eiffel Tower. This area of Paris is busy, but our apartment on the 5th floor was amazingly quiet. The apartment is spacious, the appliances and electronics are easy to operate, and the furniture is comfortable. There are two cute balconies where clients can sit and have a glass of wine and look at the Eiffel Tower. There are lots of restaurants and shops near by so finding good food is only a few steps away. Paris Perfect is very accommodating and helpful if clients need anything. I also recommend Victor’s Cabs that works with Paris Perfect to transport clients to transportation and the apartments. If you like Paris, The Cabernet is a lovely place to stay!

 

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful apartment so close to the Eiffel Tower and the river Seine. The apartment was very clean, the check-in when smoothly and the view is fabulous. We hope to be back some day and stay at this wonderful place.

My sister and I spent 9 nights at the beautiful Cabernet apartment to celebrate my retirement. I stayed here in 2012 and loved it then, but the recent renovation made the apartment even more wonderful! We loved the layout, decor, 2 modern bathrooms with great showers, washer and separate dryer, central AC & heat, and of course the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was spotless and felt luxurious and brand new. While it is only a one bedroom, the sofa trundle bed was so comfortable and pops up to make an actual bed - we also liked that you can move it away from the sofa so we just kept it up the whole time. Also, note the bed is a storage bed so when you lift it up you find extra pillows, blankets, etc. The location on Rue Saint Dominique is perfect - everything you need is on this street. A nice grocery store (G20) is across the street and 2 of our favorite boulangerie's are down the street (Maison Bergeron & La Parisienne). We loved Fountaine de Mars, Gloria (delicious pizza), and Malabar. Rue Cler is also nearby (loved l'Eclair for drinks, fries, and people watching). The apartment is also across from Champ de Mars and even though it was blocked off to prepare for the Olympics we were able to walk down a little and get into the park and walk around a path. The bus system was great and we took it everywhere so that we could see the city instead of taking the metro - bus 69 and 86 can get you close to almost everything (we bought a Navigo Easy Pass at the Pont d'Alma metro station - people working there can help you load it with a certain number of rides which are good for the bus or metro). Our greeter was so nice and even made a house call during our stay to explain how to make the washer & dryer work more like an American one (I left detailed instructions in the book). We simply loved every minute of our stay and can't want to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cabernet. The view to the Eiffel tower is spectacular and the location is just perfect! We enjoyed being at the vicinity of Rue Saint Dominique - wonderful shops, cafés and restaurants but also the park at Champ de Mars is convenient. Outstanding services from ParisPerfect team again! Planning to be back soon!

Fantastic location and views! The Cabernet is in a great neighborhood within short walking distance to grocers, bakers, cheese shops, and the outdoor "gym", Parc du Champ de Mars. Our greeter was very kind and explained details thoroughly. The lotions and soaps were very nice! The extra bathroom was great. It was magical to see the flickering Tower from the "kitchen" table while having a glass of wine! The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. The 'one person with one piece of luggage' elevator was a bonus! The A/C worked great! We were in town during a very unusually hot week, and were completely comfortable being indoors enjoying the apartment until evening cooled things down outside for our strolls. We enjoyed the Siene River cruise with dinner. We've been to Paris on many occasions, and this neighborhood now our favorite. All in all a very good stay, but the location can't be beat!

This apartment was amazing. The host met us and showed us all around the apartment. The location was convenient and had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a short walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with Paris Perfect at the apartment called 'Cabernet'. It is the most lovely place, very European and totally modern at the same time. Everything in this apartment is of very high quality. Our little terrace had a view on the Eiffel Tower. We know Paris very well, but had never stayed in the 7th arrondissement, most enjoyable.

Loved everything about this apartment. The bed was so comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms plus having the use of the washer and dryer. This apartment is so close to many great restaurants and great wine shops. The view is absolutely amazing…. couldn’t stop staring at the Eiffel Tower the whole time!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very, very clean. There is a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from the little balcony. The hand lotion is so nice. The showers are awesome and I loved the fact that there are two full bathrooms even with a one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is wonderful. The only issue was the pillows which were very hard, IMO. All of the sleeping areas were harder than what we are used to back in America. Despite that, I would definitely stay there again!

Best memory of my life, great apartment and great team. The apartment is immaculate and the location is supreb. We got up and prepared breakfast every day facing the Eiffel Towel. The dream of childhood has finally come true. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The G20 supermarket is right downstairs. You can walk to many attactions. The most important thing is there is heating and air conditioner in every room, it's a pleasure to go home everyday. We were greeted by an angel girl. Everything is so beautiful, thank you all of Paris Perfect.

This apartment is in an amazing location with markets, wine and cheese shops steps form your door. It looks even better in person, you will not be disappointed!

We stayed 6 days in Cabernet. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. Great location with food markets, many wonderful cafes, and very close proximity to the Eiffel Tower.

This was a repeat trip to the Cabernet for us and delayed due to Covid. This is a perfect apartment for us (a couple with an affinity for sitting on a Parisian balcony to watch the sunset every day). The recent renovation added a complete second bathroom which is VERY uncommon in a one-bedroom layout. It's perfect in every way.

The Metro is close by. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafes. Favorite things: Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle each night, love it!

Dinner at Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower, a theatrical experience and the most amazing food. Musee D'Orsay and its fabulous collections.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Cabernet apartment. Everything was perfect - from our welcome to the apartment itself. The apartment has been recently renovated from top to bottom - it’s absolutely gorgeous and so well thought out. There were no details overlooked (the bathrooms are particularly great and the air conditioning was fantastic, which was key during a heat wave :)). The location is also great - there is a G20 (mini grocery) right across the street about 20 metres away with everything you could need. There’s also a bakery literally across the street, a couple of wine stores, a pizzeria/Italian restaurant with pick up options, a charming cheese shop and a butcher all within 50 metres of the front door. Super, super convenient. We will certainly miss the unbelievably fabulous view and the charming apartment itself. Our family of four will always have great memories there.

A wonderfully relaxing and luxurious appartment in great location. The Bastille Day fireworks were stunning! Lots of vegan options nearby. Thank you for a lovely holiday! 

Love the design and blended decor. Rue Saint Dominique is wonderful. We especially enjoyed dinner by the Fontaine de Mars. We'll miss sparkling light show on the tower on the hour. Look forward to returning. Thank you Paris Perfect!

I could not been more thrilled with the location of this beautiful, charming apartment. On the same street as some of the best cheese, meat, and pastry shops in Paris...and on the same block as many of my favorite restaurants. The view is to die for--with the Eiffel Tower sparkling every hour on the hour right out the window, you just can't go wrong. The apartment is well stocked and beautifully furnished. Will be back for sure!

I surprised my wife with a trip to Paris for her birthday in June, as soon as France opened up. We were lucky enough to stay at Paris Perfect�s Cabernet apartment in the 7th. Views of the Eiffel Tower alive at night with lights that twinkled. Easy access to the Metro. Nice residential street with wonderful restaurants, shops, and grocers. The Cabernet is perfect for a couple with a spacious living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. Kitchen is small, but very efficient - and who comes to Paris to cook, anyway?

My daughter and I just spent 5 wonderful days at the Cabernet apartment. The view from the apartment is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. The balcony is narrow, but with the windows open, the entire living and dining area is like a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower. The king sized bed is comfortable, and the bedroom facing a courtyard is quiet and relaxing after a busy day of taking in wonders of Paris. The kitchen is well equipped. We actually stayed in one evening a cooked a meal ourselves. The air conditioning worked perfectly for the little bit of hot weather we had. The elevator, though small like all Paris elevators, was welcome after hours of walking in the city. The washer and dryer work very well. In addition to the excellence of the apartment itself, the location is fantastic. Right outside the front door are restaurants (we recommend Cafe Constant and La Fountaine de Mars), patisseries, fromageries, grocery stores: all you need. The metro and a taxi stand are close by. If I could, I would live in this apartment!

Lovely apartment with fabulous views of the Tour d�Eiffel. A comfortable place beautifully appointed and equipped. Rue Saint Dominique is a great little neighborhood street with amazing restaurants, bakeries, and green grocers. The location is convenient for all sightseeing in Paris. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This apartment completely exceeded my expectations. The host was kind enough to give us a tour of the apartment and answer any questions we had. The location couldn't get any better and we were able to make breakfast every morning with a spectacular view of the tower. This apartment was an experience in and of itself and absolutely made the trip that much more enjoyable than if we had settled for a random hotel somewhere. Highly recommend!!!

Cabernet was the perfect apartment for our first visit to Paris. Everything was in excellent shape and very clean. The apartment is located close to everything you could need and the views are awesome. We would definitely recommend Cabernet!

Always a pleasure staying with Paris Perfect. Each apartment is set with high expectations from location, decor, amenities, views etc. The friendly Paris Perfect team greets you upon arrival and are always available throughout your stay. I enjoy the space and convenience a apartment gives you, I pretend I'm a local for the week!! We stayed in Cabernet for our anniversary, a smaller apartment but very comfortable. I have stayed in many other apartments with PP and although I have my faves they are all fabulous!! Hope to return soon!??

This apartment is located on the perfect street. It has every kind of food store, for example, cheese, meat, coffee, pastry, chocolate and wine shops within a 2 block area. My granddaughter, age 10, was with my son and I. We could go to the shops and gather what we needed for breakfast and dinner. The apartment kitchen was equipped and allowed us to fix these meals easily. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this apartment and would do it again for my next visit.

Apartment has jaw dropping view of the Eiffel Tower with a small balcony to sit and gaze. Wonderful neighborhood, especially for first time or infrequent visitors. Apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. Helpful restaurant and touring recommendations and tips provided in a thorough binder and e-mail in advance of arrival to aid in planning. We visited during record heat and the A/C was not turned on in advance of our arrival, normally a conservation protocol without an issue. However, the 5th floor apartment was dangerously hot from being closed up and took over 24 hours to recover and become comfortable. The A/C should have been left to run through the heat wave between guests as an extraordinary measure. Other than that management failure, would not hesitate to recommend, especially to first time English as a primary language visitors.

Recently stayed in the Cabernet apt - great location & beautifully appointed apt. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed in the Cabernet for a mid-March trip to Paris. The location was perfect as the apartment is on a unique street - close to the Eiffel tower and the Champs de Mars - but still with a neighborhood feel. Everything you need is at your doorstep - multiple boulangeries, fruit/vegetable markets, a G20 (Paris local grocery store), Pharmacie's cheese shop, and wine stores. The apartment is also close to many very good hidden restaurant gems and close to several metro stops. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple. It was nice to have a second bathroom so each of us had our own sink - although the second shower is very small. Very light filled and comfortable for relaxing mid-day to refresh before heading out again to enjoy everything that Paris has to offer. We were definitely spoiled with the direct Eiffel Tower view and enjoyed the view in the mornings over breakfast and in the evenings during the Eiffel's light shows every hour on the hour. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

We had a fabulous time and the apartment was exactly as described. The sofa sleeper was very comfortable and the trundle bed was a huge hit. Our kids (10 & 12) both said they were very comfortable. The master bedroom has a door, so we all felt we had some privacy too. The kids of course had the best view while falling asleep. The Eiffel Tower view didn't disappoint. We were also able to see the fireworks on New Years from our balcony. Several friends have already asked where we stayed and how to book this apartment. Can't wait to book with you guys again, maybe Italy next time.

We had a magical Christmas in the Cabernet apartment. The location is perfect near Rue Cler, the Eiffel Tower, metro and bus stops, amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is just the right balance between Parisian charm and modern amenities. We enjoyed roaming around at our leisure and then having such a cozy home base to come back to. The Cabernet apartment was FABULOUS, especially the location with unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower, great restaurants and shopping. We loved everything about the apartment. It is perfect for two even though it could accommodate four. The Paris Perfect staff makes the rental experience flawless. No detail is overlooked. This was the second time I've stayed at a Paris Perfect apartment and I will DEFINITELY stay at one next year when I plan to return to one of my favorite cities!

We loved the Cabernet apartment. Paris Perfect was great to deal with in every way. The apartment was exactly as described. A beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the two windows in the combined LR/DR area and small balcony with its small table and 2 chairs. Nice workable small kitchen with a nice refrigerator and Nespresso machine. King sized bed...the room isn't much more than that, but it was fine with us. Two bathrooms, one with a toilet, the other a sink and shower. Made it practical for getting ready to go out, etc. Good security with coding/keys; nice quiet typical Hausmann era building with a very small elevator, so it takes a few trips to get the luggage up and down, but it worked fine. Great, great neighborhood; literally a half block walk to the place everyone wants to take a picture from on the Champs de Mars toward the Eiffel Tower. Walk out of the apartment and you are directly next to a great butcher, baker, pastry shop, small grocery, cheese store and two wine shops. An easy walk to Rue Cler and all its great food shopping. A block or two away from a lot of excellent restaurants like Christian Constant, there's three on one-block from casual to 1 Michelin Star Violon d'Ingres which was superb! Nicholas Arnaud and his terrific pates; L'Ami Jean; La Truffe Folie; La Fontaine du Mars; and more. Easy to get around wherever you need to go using Uber. Bank on the corner, drugstores nearby. Everything you need to experience living like a Parisien! Highly recommend! We look forward to returning! Totally seamless dealing with Paris Perfect, who even recommended a great cab service getting to and from the train station or airport (Vic's Taxi).

We had THE best time! Apartment was absolutely fantastic, everything was perfect. We seriously can't wait to stay again, only longer next time! Great location and wonderful inclusions, we can't think of anything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

First, Paris Perfect was amazing to work with. Always responsive to any questions, and they made arrangements for us to check in once we arrived in the morning from our overnight flight. The views of the Eiffel Tower make this apartment amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings to gaze at the Tower. Very safe area and easy access to everything you need!!! With all that said, the apartment was much smaller than it appeared in the website photos, and it was a bit too small for our family of four. I was expecting the living area that has the pull out sofa to be much larger than it was. The bedroom was also very small and we couldn't find room to put our suitcases. We booked this apartment 8 months in advance, knowing it was one of the smaller apartments offered with the view.....but it was also the only one in our price range given we were visiting in peak season. I was disappointed to see that this apartment was drastically discounted several months prior to our stay. For a discounted rate, this apartment would have been perfect. For the full price, I would not choose to stay here again. However......I do not regret renting this apartment for our first trip to Paris. It was important to me to have the view instead of having more space. I just don't think I would pay this again on our next trip.

The trip was definitely remarkable. Despite traveling 9+ hours on a plane trip, and arriving early, we were able to access the apartment early, which made it extremely pleasant after traveling with an infant. The greeter gave us a warm welcome, making us feel "not so lost" on our first foreign trip. The view was definitely one to remember and everything in the apartment was well equipped. The location was everything, and in comparison to hotels in the vicinity, this apartment was a bargain. The information for locality and other touristy areas created a sense of familiarity and perfection. A minor issue with the laundry machine was resolved and the apartment hosts managed to check in on us after arriving back into the states. The fact that you're 5000+ miles from home and still great treated extremely hospitable shows a lot for this business. The entire experience was honestly a great one. While it's understandable that things won't always run smoothly, this is the closest to perfection. Thank you so much for hosting me and my family. Can't wait to be in Paris again.

Our stay in the Cabernet was unforgettable! The view of the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking. The apartment was very comfortable and the location could not be better. Anything that you could possibly want is within walking distance. The PP team was very helpful and friendly too. Can't wait to return and book the next apartment.

It's hard to imagine a more perfect Paris apartment. The unbelievable view of the Eiffel tower is what tempted us to take this particular unit originally and reality did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning. The quiet bedroom was tucked away at the back of the apartment with a large bed and beautiful linens. Well appointed and beautifully decorated, this was our second Paris Perfect rental and won't be our last. We very much appreciated the convenience of the advance grocery shopping service and pre-arranged restaurant reservations made things even more comfortable. We have been fortunate to visit Paris on many occasions and this was our nicest visit by far - in large measure because of this lovely apartment.

From the moment we arrived family of four it was amazing too Kno victors cab service from the airport which I highly recommend and it was a breeze to our apartment. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous everything you could want and more stood for 7 days and everything was within reach shops, metro supermarkets. The Eiffel Tower view is strikingly beautiful especially at night sitting at your table taking in the light show view. Everyone at paris perfect was and has been very attentive to make sure our stay was comfortable apartment spotless and ready to answer any questions you have. I have to mention that I forgot a universal adaptor which I remembered when I came back to the NY...called up an agent at Paris Perfect they were so nice to retrieve it for me and mail it back to me here in the US..thank you for making our trip a memorable one I would love to visit again soon to make more momeries love Candice

My wife and I loved the Cabernet apartment, as well as the excellent service we received from the Paris Perfect team. The apartment's location was great and it was in excellent condition. In terms of service, the Paris Perfect staff was very responsive and made sure we had a wonderful visit. We also were very impressed with the tour guides we had for Champagne, the Catacombs, and the Eiffel Tower. Finally, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations that were tailored to the neighborhood surrounding the Cabernet apartment.

We were completely pleased with the whole experience. Apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Unbeatable location, with sparkling Eiffel Tower right there in front of our balcony table. Excellent material and orienting session with Kevin. Paris Perfect is an exceptional operation. The Cabernet apartment was wonderful. A beautiful apartment, great location, and the views of the Eiffel Tower are stunning! The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Hard to ask for anything more. Highly recommended!

My family stayed at the Cabernet apartment and absolutely loved it! We could not have been more pleased with the apartment or the entire Paris Perfect team. Everything was exactly as described, the view was breathtaking, and the location superb. The apartment is within easy walking distance to The Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler, and the most delicious pastry shop is located directly across the street from the front door to the apartment. You must stop in the Le Champ des Delices!!! The staff at Paris Perfect were also great at recommending skip the line passes and things to do. Specifically, the skip the line for the Eiffel Tower is well worth the money because it saves you hours from waiting in line. Additionally, the professional photo shoot was invaluable, and we came away with literally hundreds of amazing photos that we will cherish forever. Thank you Paris Perfect, I give you 5 stars and my highest recommendation!!!

This extraordinary apartment is in a delightful part of Paris. It is a real residential neighborhood despite a substantial number of tourists like us. The apartment looks out on the Eiffel Tower that is a few blocks away. It is comfortable, well and handsomely furnished. If you happen to like food, it is near one the best food shopping streets in Paris and the neighborhood is full of outstanding restaurants. Follow Paris Perfect's recommendations, and you will be well fed.

The Apartment was great - loved it! the team were super! Would rent again.

In one word this apartment is truly PERFECT. It's hard to believe those photos are real but they are. We had our greeting, staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful, the elevator is tiny (hey it's Paris) we went up 5th floor corner apartment, the doors opened and boom there she was in all her glory. The pictures did not do justice to this magnificent view. The apartment is modern but very Parisian and stylish. We did have an issue with the washer/dryer combo unit - it really doesn't dry the clothes properly but for a few pieces the drying rack provided easily did the job. The street Rue St Dominique is the perfect Parisian street. Across from the building is a wonderful bakery and a short walk away is the fabulous rue cler. Paris will leave you feeling that you're eating and living for the first time in your life. If you're on the fence apartment or hotel, for Paris I have to say get the apartment. Cabernet in particular, imagine every hour seeing the magnificent light show, every hour, every night. I did use the tour service and they were very responsive and helpful with advice. We did the day tour to Disneyland but be aware they just sell the tours. Paris city vision is the actual tour provider. You will get a welcome basket with some nespresso pods, a bottle of wine, a wine bottle bag, orange juice, milk, teas, jams. Do check the pantry before heading out to the store - past guests leave back things like sugar, olive oil, spices that you can use.

The experience with Paris Perfect and our apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower exceeded all of our expectations. We are already planning our next trip to Paris and another stay at a Paris Perfect apartment.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful and clean. . .everything we expected it to be. We loved the location and the view of the Eiffel Tower was the added touch. We really felt at home and the neighborhood shop owners where so sweet and helpful to us which made staying in the apartment even better. All organized and relaxing for us all! Hope to return very soon!

Another 2 weeks in the wonderful Cabernet apartment, deep in the heart of so many good restaurants within walking distance that it is almost impossible to tear ourselves away to go to other neighborhoods in the evenings!!!!! Amazingly, some of the local merchants even remembered us from our visit 2 years ago. So friendly.

We loved the Cabernet apartment! The location was perfect with a Patisserie just across the street, a wine shop next door, a butcher shop two doors down, and a small grocery story nearby. There were many great cafes in the neighborhood. The apartment was wonderfully charming, in great condition, and very comfortable. It truly felt like home during our 1 week stay. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent. Paris Perfect was great to work with - very efficient, helpful, and trustworthy. We highly recommend Paris Perfect and the Cabernet apartment.

What a lovely apartment on a perfect street in the 7th. Anything and everything you could possibly want for your stay was within three blocks, including several perfect little bistro's. Do not miss any of Christian Constant's places just up the street. The apartment was well equipped and extremely clean, perfect for a home base and respite from the days walk exploring Paris. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower, all alight in the evening, was such a nice touch. I would stay here again or feel very comfortable in selecting another apartment from Paris Perfect. One slight minus, elevator was out of service and we were not forewarned. Five flights helped to work off all the wonderful food we indulged in though.

Cabernet was the perfect staging area for a three generational week's adventure in Paris. Grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter all loved the Parisienne neighborhood we were in with its small shops and restaurants and proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Metro. The apartment was lovely -- clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of closet space. Lots of electrical outlets made recharging our cameras, cellphones, and iPads easy. Paris Perfect even loaned us adapters for a couple of plugs. Best of all the balcony had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Paris Perfect made it easy for us by suggesting a driver from the airport, a greeter who explained about the apartment, and we had a neighborhood orientation walk from Celine that was informative and enjoyable. I also took advantage of their recommended tour group with some museum passes and tours. It was a great way to visit such a beautiful city!

Cabernet was the perfect apartment in Paris. Beautifully decorated, perfect neighbourhood, quiet building, the view is amazing, we could have just sat and watched the Eiffel Tower all night. The amenities were great, everything you could want was provided. The apartment is situated on a fantastic street with great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wine shops, rotisserie, grocery store, cheese, pates, Rue Cler market around the corner, I could go on and on. Paris Perfect gave us detailed information for absolutely everything. Cafe Constant was a favourite. Cannot wait to come back again.

The Cabernet was perfect in every way. It was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was equipped with all modern appliances. The view was perfect with the Eiffel Tower right in view as you sat at the dining table. At night it was a spectacular light display which we will remember always. The location was also perfect with many of the main attractions within walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely with streets lined with cafes, bistros, markets, and pastry and bread shops. I will always remember my stay in Paris with great fondness and look forward to returning to the Cabernet apartment and to beautiful Paris.

Paris Perfect provided a perfect Paris! Our lovely apartment, Cabernet, was in an ideal location! We were in the 7th A on Rue St Dominique. We could easily walk to the Seine for a river cruise, Rue Cler for great markets, the Eiffel Tower, Napoleam's Tomb, Rodin Museum, Champ du Mars, etc. Our neighborhood was safe, clean, and full of shops, restaurants, banking services, cleaners, salons, pharmacies-everything we could possibly wish for. Cabernet was quite roomy for three adults, possibly four. The linens and towels were plush and snowy white. The beds were very comfortable. We had central air conditioning which was a big plus on hot days but the weather was perfect! From our cab ride from CDG to Paris to our return, the staff at PP made great recommendations and suggestions. The staff could not have been nicer or more professional. We would definitely use PP again! Thanks for making our 10 day stay so easy, relaxing and fun.

This is the second apartment I have stayed at in Paris and I believe it was even better than the first. The living room and dining area were twice as big which made it nicer with 3 of us there. The neighborhood had everything we could possibly need and we actually did grocery shopping and ate some evening meals in the apartment which made it very enjoyable and relaxing. The only problem we had was the safe didn't work. It was checked out by Paris Perfect and found the battery was dead but no one came back to change it. We literally kept our valuables in the bed. Not ideal. My next stay I will definitely request the Cabernet again.

By chance, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Paris during the end of February. Having stayed with Paris Perfect a number of times before it was our first place to look for a great place to stay. The bonus being in February we could shorten our stay and still take advantage of the off season rates. We stayed in Cabernet apartment this time, it has been on our list a couple of times before but not available, so we were pleased to finally get the opportunity. This is a charming apartment for a couple and very cosy even in Feb. Perfectly situated in the 7th and so close to the things we really love about Paris.

Cabernet was the perfect apartment for our vacation. It was so nice to sit and see the tower whenever we were there . The amenities were great. Walked to all the best for restaurants. Cafe Constant is a must!

We stayed in Cabernet for 8 days in mid-October. It was perfect - Paris Perfect! The location is ideal. There are so many restaurants, specialty food shops, markets etc. that eating in or going out are both extremely convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and attractive. The beds are luxurious! It was especially nice to have two bathrooms. Not having a second toilet was not a problem - we just enjoyed having separate vanities and showers. The kitchen, while small, is ingeniously designed with all the necessary cookware and appliances. We used the washer frequently because it is small and can only take small loads. It worked better than any other washer we have ever used in Europe. Finally, the view, what can we say? It is magic. Eating dinner while overlooking the illuminated Eiffel Tower - does it get any better than that?

Cabernet was the most perfect apartment!! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood and building, with groceries, wine shop, coffee shop, Starbucks, butcher (with wonderful roasted chicken!), cafes, Rue Cler, and Metro/RER stations all conveniently located in walking distance. We are looking forward to returning soon! It's our apt in Paris!

Paris Perfect are a well-run and very friendly organization that make renting an apartment in Paris a breeze, from the recommended airport Taxi Pick-up by Victor to the full demo of the apartment by the local representatives. Our apartment was exactly as advertised and was fantastic. Everything was there for a visiting American including lots of electrical adapters, and the basics were all there for those arriving on a Saturday, when everything closes on Sunday. Located in a wonderful residential neighborhood we were soon on friendly terms with the local merchants, and the recommended local restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Paris has become a very friendly city to we who speak limited French and the local Fat Tire and Beat the Line Tours are beyond excellent. We will return, and soon, we hope !!!!

We stayed at the Cabernet for eight nights and everything was wonderful! The location, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, a few blocks from Rue Cler and right on Rue Saint Dominique was great! Excellent wine, bread, cheese, meats and restaurants were all within a few steps of the front door!! We were sorry to have to go and we will definitely return.

Very comfortable for 2 people extremely well located in 7th Across from Great Bakery and in the middle of the best restaurants in Paris. Everything works in the apartment including air conditioning. Metro 3 streets away.

My husband and I had a marvelous stay in the Cabernet at the end of November 2012! It's a wonderful time to be in Paris with all the holiday lights, Christmas windows and the fun Christmas market on the Champs-Elysees. As always, the Paris Perfect team was a delight from our first response to the friendly greeting at the Cabernet when we arrived. The apartment looks just as it does in the photos ... but the views of the Eiffel Tower are even more magical in person! We loved watching the light show every evening from the living room and even from the dining table while eating. In fact, we chose to eat at home many events because the view was so romantic and the apartment very comfortable. The kitchen is a great size and has everything we needed during our stay. The entire apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom, and we felt very much at home right away. We love the 7th arrondissement and this apartment is perfectly situated for enjoying the Champ de Mars gardens, evening strolls along the Seine and easy access to buses and the metro for moving about Paris. We'll be arranging our travel dates for our next trip to Paris to make sure we can stay at the Cabernet again. Thank you Paris Perfect for a romantic and magical stay in Paris!

We stayed in Cabernet apartment in November 2012 as my husband had said he would like to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room to celebrate his 70th Birthday! Coming from the North West of Weastern Australia I thought that was going to take some organizing but very fortunately I found the wonderful team at Paris Perfect very early in the arrangements and they made it so easy. From the booking to the email contact with all the arrangements to meeting our "greeter" at the apartment on arrival, it could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you so much to them all. Once inside Cabernet, what a fabulous surprise, La Tour Eiffel was just there not 1 km away with a telescope to see the view as my husband had thought could be the situation. The apartment is "just perfect" beautifully appointed, great kitchen which is tiny but everything you need is there including as promised. The biggest king size bed in the universe & very comfortable. Beautiful sitting and dining area with all the lovely pictures and decor that shows how much they care. The location was wonderful with Rue Cler shops, such a delight we visited time and again. The local cafes & restaurants - way too many to choose from in one trip but we loved Cafe Constant and ate there twice. We had seven nights and could have had another seven which just means we will have to come back!! Thank you again to all the team at Paris Perfect it really is a team effort.

The apartment was perfect. The location couldn't have been better! The street Rue Sant Dominique was full of shops, restaurants and had everything we needed. We were in short walking distance to the metro and the buses. We could walk to many of the sites. Of course the Eiffel Tower was right outside our window. What a site each night to see the lighted tower! Each detail was taken care of from the towels (plenty) to what one may need in the kitchen. Thank you Paris Perfect!

My Sister-in-law and I stayed in Cabernet and it was beautiful!!! The view was spectacular!!! You can see the Eiffel tower view from living room and the dining room as well. I will stay again with my husband this time. We are planning next year(2013). Thank you Paris Perfect. P.s. I wish had a Chandellier in the room. But, still beautiful.

If you are looking for the comforts of home and getting a sense of what living in Paris is like, the Cabernet is for you! And given what an apartment like the Cabernet would cost to live in, a stay at the Cabernet is like living in a Parisian dream. We felt at home the instant we stepped into the apartment. It looked exactly as we expected from the Paris Perfect website photos, including the view of the Eiffel Tower! We loved the location on Rue St. Dominique...everything you need is on the same street.......a boulangerie and grocery store across the street, some great restaurants (Cafe Constant, Les Cocottes and Fontaine de Mars). The neighborhood seems like one that people would live in....great for strolling, shopping and looking at beautiful buildings. Although there are many restaurants (some with bars), it didn't seem to be an area with a big night life scene (which was fine for us), so if you are looking for that you might be happier in a more trendy neighborhood. Here are a few things others haven't commented on...the free wireless internet access worked great and the free phone calls were a nice bonus. The apt has great closet and storage space...we were able to move right in! The shower in bedroom has great water pressure. Loved having a washer...although it was small, it worked great; however, the dryer was terrible, but you can use the small drying rack (which I wish was bigger).....a tip... bring a few hangers to use for drying clothes because the ones in the closet cannot be removed. You're probably thinking... who goes to Paris to do laundry?? True, but we were there for 10 days and wanted to pack light so it was a great convenience. Another observation....the website says Cabernet can accommodate up to 4 people...unless you are really close, I think it's more suited to a couple or a family with 2 kids....couldn't see sharing it with another couple. If you're going to be in Paris for longer than a few days, Paris Perfect is a great value and a fantastic, luxurious alternative to a hotel. It's easy to love Paris, but the Cabernet made the experience even better and memorable. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

We loved the Cabernet! Sam was our greeter and was very warm and friendly. He spent a lot of time showing us the apartment and made us feel welcome.

We spent 12 delightful days at Cabernet and are very happy that we chose it over a hotel or a less luxurious apartment. We loved being able to have coffee and breakfast in our own surrounding every morning before setting out for the day. It was even more wonderful to be able to return after a long day of sight seeing, put our feet up, and have a glass or two of wine before going to dinner or an evening event. Because there were so many food stores of all kinds nearby, we chose to eat in several nights. We even hosted a dinner party for ten and our friends, who were staying in not so upscale apartments, commented on how spacious and nice Cabernet was compared to their lodgings. The Paris Perfect group was organized and helpful, and we will certainly stay with them on future trips to Paris.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cabernet - everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend Paris Perfect without hesitation and will return again as our one week stay seemed to pass too quickly!

My wife and I and two daughters (21 and 18 years old) spent 8 nights in the Cabernet apartment...it was our first trip to Europe and it was a trip of a lifetime. The apartment is very special because of the furnishings and the view of the Eifel Tower...I promise you will be so happy you paid a little more when you see it. There was plenty of storage for all of us including all suitcases being out of sight. The apartment is perfect for a couple on a romantic vacation but works well as we did it with the kids. The bathrooms were great...just know there is a toilet in only one of the two (this never caused a problem for us). The apartment is also very special because of the neighborhood. The pastry shop outside your door is the best (I miss the chocolate donuts). The coffee/tea store (Cafes Richard) next to the pastry shop has the best coffee for you to brew in the apartment (ask for the Rhuanda blend). Up the street from there are several great bistros. The two we loved were Bisrto St. Dominique and Bar Central. Other restaurants we loved and that were close by were Gatsby and La Tourville. All of these bistros were no more than 25 euro per person plus wine. The metro stations were also close in two different directions. I also must say that the French people were wonderful! In the US we hear differently but this just wasn't true at any time during our visit. We cannot wait for our next visit and we will use Paris Perfect again!

Everything was PERFECT! Our 6th visit to Paris and by far the best. Having our own apartment made a huge difference. ParisPerfect is absolutely the best way to visit Paris. We shall return....and tell all our friends!

Paris perfect is a great name for this company as our stay was perfect. It was as advertised, with a great location. We have found that renting from companies like this are a great alternative to hotel for about the same price. Last time we stayed at a Hilton which was fine but you could have been in Paris Texas as the room was like all Hiltons. We had a great view of the Eiffel tower, outside the door you had a butcher shop, a bakery, supermarket, green grocer, and a wine shop. Great restaurants and cafes by the dozen within 5 min walk. Simply perfect.

What a wonderful time we had in Paris! We so enjoyed the Cabernet apartment. Great location! Beautifully decorated! Perfectly appointed! And an absolutely incredible view! Wonderful literature from Paris Perfect on neighborhood - we referred to this guide often. Paris has always been a favorite spot for us, but this trip was even more perfect staying in this apartment. We stayed in the Bordeaux apartment for 3 weeks last October and loved the neighborhood so much that we rented the Caberet - a one-bedroom just across the street. We loved hooking up with some of the neighborhood restaurants again & the ease of transportation from the rue St. Dominique apartments. We look forward to renting again & will definitely consider the same neighborhood. Again, having a balcony looking out at the Eiffel Tower was better than we could have imagined.

Thank you Paris Perfect! The Cabernet apartment was exactly as shown and described on your web site. The view of the Eiffel Tower was, if anything, understated. We couldn't wait each evening for the Tower to twinkle! We loved the 7th with its markets, bakeries, wine stores, cafes and restaurants. We could not have been in a more perfect location. Cabernet was stocked with everything we needed, including some spices for the meals we cooked in. Besides living like a Parisian for a week, our highlights were the cooking class at le violon d'Ingres and the Wine & Cheese Tasting Lunch at O'Chateau, along with the Champagne Tasting cruise later that afternoon. We are still talking about the people we met and the opportunity to meet a real Paris chef! Thank you so much Paris Perfect for all of the great information and we also recommend Victor's Taxi. We would not change a thing if we return to Paris!

The Cabernet apartment was all we had expected. The floorplan gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of experiencing Paris. The rooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great to have the free phone usage and WI_FI so we could stay connected with family. The location was ideal for dining, shopping or finding Bus 69 to make our way around this beautiful city. The local merchants were very cordial to us and helped us with our French. The Paris Perfect staff was extremely helpful and responded to all our needs. Overall, this was a fantastic experience that we will do again.

Wow! We have been to Paris several times before but always stayed in a hotel. Staying with Paris Perfect is the only way we will stay again! We loved the charming, clean, comfortable apartment with absolutely spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. We got to live like real Parisians and discover all the gems in our lovely neighborhood- cafes, groceries, patisseries, boutiques, creperies. Our stay in the Apartment Cabernet was so comfortable, charming and well appointed and the framing of the Eiffel Tower in each of the windows was so spectacular!! Our cooking class at the Violin de Ingres was much fun! We are planning a "Night In Paris" dinner party for our friends. We enjoyed shopping Rue Cler's open markets, dining in the neighbor-hood restaurants and most of all, living as Parisians!! Paris perfect is truly Perfect!! I just returned from a week long stay in the Cabernet apartment. After looking and planning a stay in this apartment for more than a year, my expectations were very high. Well, it was all that I thought and more! The location, the info greeting with Kevin (who was so great), the comfort, the decor and of course, the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. I loved the neighorhood, everything we needed was a stone's throw way. My only complaint? The week went by way too fast! I will definitely recommend Parisperfect to my friends.

We loved our first visit to Paris and our week in the Cabernet apartment! The view is incredible - because of that alone, we enjoyed dinners overlooking the Eiffel Tower - one prepared by private Chef Diane Anthonissen (incredible!) and another procured from the wonderful shops on Rue Cler. The apartment was extremely clean and a lovely place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Paris Perfect's guide to the neighborhood is a great resource. We frequented a number of excellent shops and cafes just outside our door. We'll return to Paris and to Paris Perfect!

Our stay at the Cabernet apartment was wonderful! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary there. The apartment was very clean and beautiful and supplied with everything we needed for the week amd the view of the Eiffle tower was unbeatable! The tower "sparkles" at night on the hour - don't miss it! The apartment is about 3 blocks from the metro and only 2 blocks to the Eiffle tower. Right across the street from the apartment was everything you could need..a grocery store, the boulangiere, cheese store, wine store, butcher and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed living like Parisians - I don't think we could have captured the real essence of Paris in a hotel. We would definitely rent again from Paris Perfect or London Perfect again. We stayed in Paris Perfect Cabernet apartment in May 2010. From the first contact with Paris Perfect all information was passed onto us in a professional, friendly manner. The pre arrival information is just amazing and really helped us to find our way around the absolutely beautiful area. The apartment was fabulous with the Eiffel Tower view straight from our lounge area window. The photos are exactly as it is. The neighborhood is just what you would imagine a Paris village area to be. Rue St Dominique is really unique in the variety of small shops (all of whom indulged our very average attempts to speak French.) As long as we greeted everyone in French everyone helped us to get the message across. The restaurants in the local area were great too. We particularly liked Cafe Constant sitting in the upstairs section. The apartment has everything you would ever want and is beautifully furnished. The girls who met us on arrival were lovely and showed us through the apartment giving us loads of information. When we get the chance to come back to Paris we would definately stay with Paris Perfect again. The apartment was a highlight of our 5 weeks in Europe. Thanks again, your attention to detail and friendliness is much appreciated.

Our stay at Cabernet was part of a 10th birthday trip for one of our granddaughters. We had a wonderful time! Staying in an apartment is ideal for anyone traveling with a child, especially because of the flexibility it provides with regard to food and the ability to do laundry. The apartment is very well located and beautifully decorated. The neighbors are quiet, friendly, and not easily bothered. We particularly enjoyed shopping for food and drink on rue St. Dominique and rue Cler. The kitchen is well-appointed though a little small from a serious cook's perspective. Also, I think the description on the website should be clearer about the fact that there is only one toilet (even though there are two showers).

We had a great time and will use Paris Perfect again. Perfect location and excellent view!

You've done it now!! We are completely spoiled, forever! We have been to Paris many times, but this trip was the best EVER, all because of Paris Perfect. For the first time, we really felt a part of Paris , as if we were living there in our very own apartment. Every AM I left our apartment, stepped across the small street to the Patisserie and returned to coffee waiting for us and the best pastries in the world. What a way to start your day! Everything we could imagine ever needing, including a wonderful Pharmacy(sinus infection)was just simply "on our block"! We have stayed in great locations in Paris , at wonderful hotels, but as my husband said, it would break his heart(and mine) to ever come to Paris and not stay in a Paris Perfect apartment...oh yeah, we are spoiled! Thank you all at Paris Perfect,from the first greeting with Sarah, who was fantastic, and all the information provided both before and when we arrived, great restaurant suggestions, and the best neighborhood anywhere!

Bonjour Paris Perfect team! We stayed in your Cabernet apartment (perhaps the closest to the Eiffel?!) and LOVED it. I have read other guest comments for different apartments and all the positives are the same for Cabernet and our experience. I think the most significant moment was walking into the apartment, after months of anticipation, to discover that the website did not misrepresent the apartment. It was just as Parisian, cosy, comfortable as the photos portrayed. Most importantly the proximity to the Eiffel and the views of the Eiffel were just as you advertised. Of course, seeing with our own eyes was so much more exciting and captivating!! We have nothing but praise from initial query to final exit. The local information you provided is extremely helpful and much more in-depth than any other self catering accommodation we have stayed in. We were even met at the apartment by a fellow Aussie!! How bizarre! If any other English speaking people are considering staying in a Paris Perfect apartment but are worried about language... I say DO IT! As long as you greet people in French and attempt some French words everyone is friendly and accommodating and usually speak fluent English or a smattering of it. They appreciate your (sometimes lame!) efforts and often try to teach you some French! Some of my fondest memories are those related to trying to speak as much French as I could to someone who tried to speak as much English as she could... we managed with much friendliness. Thankyou Paris Perfect... Thankyou for what felt like a much more authentic French experience than staying in a hotel. We loved the building password, the flights of stairs, the TINY lift, the neighbours, the balcony, the shopping locally for food and provisions, the apartment living... I am desperate to come back!

My two young sons and I had the most magical stay in the Cabernet apartment in August 2009. Every detail of how the apartment was put together made our visit incredibly easy and the view was sensational. It won't be long before we're back! We had such a great time and didn't want to leave. The staff were great and very efficient at checking us in. We started planning our next trip before we left Paris and we'll definitely use the service again!

Last year we stayed in the Pinot apartment and this September we stayed in Cabernet. They are both splendid apartments -- tastefully furnished, comfortable, outstanding views and perfect locations. Staying in a Paris Perfect apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel. The Paris Perfect staff is so accommodating, and the information pack provided to guests is very helpful. You just can't beat either apartment.

My husband, brother and I stayed at the beautiful Cabernet apartment for eight wonderful days in late July to celebrate my birthday. The view of the Eiffel Towel is absolutely the most amazing thing I've ever seen! The first night we were in our apartment my brother said "Oh my gosh" and I turned around to see a breathtaking light show like I've never seen before! The apartment worked so perfectly for the three of us. The kitchen was great and well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment also had central air conditioning which you don't often find in old buildings. We only used it at bedtime, but we were happy to have it on those warm evenings. I can't say enough wonderful things about Paris Perfect apartments. The staff were so great, the location was the best and we are already planning a return trip next year to celebrate a special anniversary! We just can't decide which beautiful apartment to choose!

We had an incredible honeymoon in Paris! Just from the little things, like having internet and telephone to a coffee machine and dishwasher, our stay was amazing. I have never slept so well and I can't believe how quiet the apartment is. It's so beautiful with amazing views! Your suggestions and information were so helpful. I'm really going to miss the patisserie across the street. Thank you again for everything! I hope to take my mother here some day.

Everything was wonderful. We especially liked the TV, the air conditioning, and the ability to call the US. We came early and stayed in a hotel for a few days before the apartment was ready. Believe me, your apartment is the ONLY way to go. Hope to see you next year.

Cabernet was everything you advertised it was (and more). My sister and I have truly enjoyed staying here while in Paris. Thank you for the inhouse videos and music and similarly, an extra thank you for getting two horribly jet lagged ladies in easily.

"Cabernet" was just what we needed. The location is perfect...the kids were thrilled to be so near the Eiffel Tower. Most of all, the apartment is quiet and makes for a great sleep after a long day's walking. Carolyn, thanks for all the tips you gave us. All the touches in the apartment were essential, the internet, phone, DVD, TV, Nespresso (can't get going in the morning without it) and Carolyn was so thoughtful in bringing us milk and juice etc when we arrived. We've had a wonderful vacation and would like to be back and try one of your other apartments, especially the one with a garden.

What a treat to spend 3 weeks here at Cabernet, in the 7th eme, in Paris - our first trip to France. Of course we fell in love with all of it and Paris Perfect helped by providing such invaluable information. Thank you! Your attention to detail is superb. Your recommendations are right on. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being able to spread out a little more than we could in a hotel. A lovely neighbourhood - our experience at the outdoor market south of the Eiffel Tower was remarkable, the flea market was enjoyable, the local shops terrific. We have been to Paris five times and are always intrigued. Superb dinner at La Fontaine Sallon Near L'Opera. All in all a great place to be.

After two months of camping it was great to settle into this wonderfully located apartment! The blue of the Eiffel Tower was intoxicating at night. Your suggestions for restaurants were helpful. Thank you for providing such a beautiful setting. We'll be back!

Hi Madelyn, Philippe, Carolyn and everyone at ParisPerfect. My husband and I have traveled to Europe many times and to Paris 5 times. We stayed at beautiful hotels and even an apartment in 2005. The apartment was nice, BUT, there was no view and the service did not measure. This apartment rental was on the travel channel. Still it did not measure up to the romance we hoped to see and feel in Paris. Then we discovered ParisPerfect. Just wonderful! Quality, care, class, just the best. We stayed at the Cabernet in June of 2006. The view, the kitchen, the gift basket and everything you can think of was provided. Everything is quality. In 2007 Sept. we stayed at the Volnay it was the same great quality. Each with its own character and personality. In the comments it says, "that the apartments are like Madelyn's children," each unique and special and that is what we saw. We are returning in Spring/Summer of 2009. Do not hesitate to try these beautiful apartments. Even with the weak dollar they are very affordable. The bonus of being able to cook in the complete kichen is remarkable. I never thought I would cook in Paris. What me go to Paris and then cook? Yes I did, with the view of the Eiffel Tower, candles, wine a gift from Philippe and the French Doors to die for. We hope you have as wonderful a time as we did. One last remark. It never happened in any of our many travels,that we felt safe. If anything were to go wrong it would be solved with the least trauma, even health issues. Peace of Mind. There is no price for that.

For the second year in a row we have stayed at one of your apartments in Paris in the spring. Our stay was wonderful - my younger daughter is now also a confirmed Francophile so all I can say is: see you next year! Thank you for making Paris feel like home.

Our stay in Paris was a great one and was greatly achieved by the fact that we can have breakfast and dinner with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop. The location cannot be any better for us first timers and we have thoroughly enjoyed Paris because it is central to everywhere. From the looks of it, we are probably the first Malaysian on record and surely it will not be the last. We will be singing high praises about this place to our friends who will be coming to Paris.

Once again staying with Paris Perfect made the base for a joyous time in Paris. I can never get enough of the changing views of "my tower" in all weather and times of day or night. We loved making dinner, shopping in the neighborhood and the many lovely restaurants blocks away. I am already planning the next visit with all the things we didn't get to this time. A Bientot!

Where to begin---our favorite thing about the wonderful Cabernet apartment was the dazzling view of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night, and we loved the balcony! The neighborhood is lovely, and we went out every morning to get fresh croissants and baguettes for breakfast. While this is by no means our first trip to Paris (combined, we've been almost 30 times!), we continue to see it anew each visit and having a "home base" like this really made exploring the city easier and more convenient. Whether we were visiting Pere Lachaise, the famous cemetery, or seeing a 1920's fashion show at the Galleria, knowing we could come home to Cabernet always pushed us a little farther. A highlight of the trip was being at the Eiffel Tower at midnight on New Years Eve. It was crazy! There were Champagne bottles everywhere and tons of home-made fireworks! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Dear Philippe and Madeyln, We have just come back from the first 10 days of June in the Cabernet it was wonderful. You and your team have thought of everything. We did feel right at home. The bed was one of the most comfortable and we slept like babies. From the french windows there is a constant cross flow of air ,never hot. The welcome basket was very thoughtful, we did not expect and we will always have the bread sleeve. Thank-you. From our balcony we had a direct view of the Effiel Tower and we were sitting on the balcony all times of the day and night. Our first night there we were jet lagged. My husband went to bed about 8:30, but I stayed awake until the great light show. As I stepped onto the balcony I thought how lucky we were to be in the most beautiful city in the world. I then went to bed with a smile on my face as I went to sleep. The last time I went to sleep smiling I was a kid and it was Christmas!! Paris Perfect has the right name. It is as close to perfect as humans can get!! The best neighborhood, the best apartments, the best view,great gift basket, the best service,restaurants, banks, post office, shops of all kinds and the bus and metro almost at your door. We have traveled around Europe and find the French people very kind and friendly. We have been to Paris 4 times and this was the best by far. We hope you have as wonderful a time as we did in these immaculate apartments.

Our eight day stay in the Cabernet apartment was, as your name proclaims, "PERFECT!" The apartment is exceptionally well-furnished and equipped, very quiet, and the ever-present view of the Eiffel Tower is stunning. With the advance information you provided, we easily acclimated to the neighborhood, and the shopkeepers and residents made us feel at home. Paris was beautiful in late April; the flowers and plants were in bloom and the weather was just right for long days of exploring the city and visiting its many museums and monuments. Each evening we enjoyed returning to the apartment with wine and cheese and other delectables, kicking off our shoes, opening the French doors to the balcony, and luxuriating while the sun set behind the Eiffel Tower. In short, it was a "Paris Perfect" holiday. We look forward to being your guests again.

Philippe and Madelyn, What can I say but truly spectacular was my recent stay at Cabernet. For my first trip to Paris I must say that this was the way to go. It was like being at home except with a great view! All of your helpful hints on the neighborhood were greatly appreciated. I would like to add a few more stops to try for dinner. La Casa di Sergio at 20 Rue de la Exposition is a very charming Italian restaurant and the chef owner Michael is very friendly and personally comes out and greets each table. I recommend the prix fixed dinner and let the waiter make the selections and you will not be disappointed. The next place is Bar A Vins at 68 Avenue Basquet. The menu is in French and English and the food was absolutely incredible. Try and sit outside as it gets rather warm inside from the heat of the kitchen. The views of the Eiffel Tower were incredible, and the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed your espresso machine in the kitchen...each morning started with a fresh late, pastry and fruit...ahh, Paris! We also appreciated your referral to Victor, who drove us from the train station to the apartment, as well as taking us on several other excursions (and to the airport). His calm demeanor and knowledge of Paris made specific driving efforts through the City very relaxing and enjoyable...well worth the extra money (as opposed to a taxi).

It's been two months since we returned from our sojourn in Paris, at your Cabernet apartment. I really miss it. Just wanted to thank you for your attention to detail and comfort, your great suggestions for everything from shopping to the Constant cooking classes, and your providing a wonderful place for us to enjoy the City of Light. We just returned from a family vacation in Paris where we rented two apartments, Chardonnay and Cabernet. They were everything we needed to make our time in Paris enjoyable. The kitchens were small but useable and very well done with the granite and tile. The bathrooms were also small but very clean and well done with the tile and good lighting. Every night we enjoyed the sparkle of the Eiffel Tower, on the hour for 10 minutes, from our living room. I would go back to a Paris Perfect apartment in a minute.

Our recent visit to Paris was magnificent! The Cabernet was a beautiful, comfortable and convenient "haven" after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood was wonderful - we LOVED the local Boulanger! The apartment had everthing we could have wished for, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, efficient kitchen and baths but most importantly - BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!!
