Great stay with a beautiful view! Perfect central location for exploring the city.

We enjoyed the Bourdeaux apartment very much during our stay in Paris. There are many amenities nearby and the metro station/RER C access is very close. The apartment is well stocked and the kitchen/bathrooms are very nice. A few details that weren't great - the couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on because it is a sleeper couch. Also, the AC units are portable and the unit in the living room provides no cooling. The units in the bedroom are good except we had to repair one unit to get it to work. It seems for the price of the apartment, these details should be taken care of.

The flat and view were amazing, as were the staff of Paris Perfect!! I would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Anything you can think of is in walking distance and the apartment is as lovely as the pictures show!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with many restaurants, grocery store, & metro nearby. Not to mention having the Eiffel Tower steps away. We loved the view of the tower from the apartment. You have to be able to walk up 5 flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but only fits 1 person and a couple of pieces of luggage. After a long day walking around Paris, the 5 flights of stairs was tough. The spiral staircase is narrow, steep and scary and would be tough with younger kids. The showers and bedrooms are upstairs, so keep that in mind.

What an amazing 2 story apartment! The view of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely spectacular, and the place was perfectly as described. All in all, a fabulous place to stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was just as described…well appointed, spacious and spotless and there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t there (including phenomenal views). There was a binder full of information on things to do in the area and the staff was attentive throughout the week. I have already recommended Paris Perfect several times to friends and I would absolutely book again.

Having rented from Paris Perfect for almost 20 years, I am so happy to say that each experience is special and PERFECT! That's why I keep returning. The Paris Perfect team is always on hand to be helpful, thoughtful, and efficient.

Fabulous apartment in a great Paris neighborhood location. The pictures really serve as an appetizer for this wonderful property. Master bedroom provides amble storage space for a full week of living. The attached bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our teen. The main living floor had a comfortable sitting area next to the large kitchen. We appreciated the balcony and used it often to enjoy the neighborhood views. The apartment is perfectly situated for a walk to almost anything you would want to see or do. There are cafes and shops of all kinds within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a perfect location. The apartment is both close to great sight-seeing, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants. A great blend of feeling like being in a local neighborhood, yet still convenient for all the sights one goes to Paris to see! The Paris Perfect team is great about communicating and made us feel at home on arrival. The apartment is everything you would expect from the listing and does not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family of four stayed at the Bordeaux property for five nights in June 2023. It was conveniently situated in the 7th with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the Metro. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved the little porch, and were so happy to have the washer/dryer available to use. We were made aware of the A/C situation (window units), and this ended up being just fine. The Paris Perfect representatives were responsive with all of our questions leading up to our stay, were waiting for us upon arrival to show us the property, and the transfers to and from the apartment were convenient and nice. Overall, a really great experience. We will be back!

Everything about our stay in this apartment was perfect. Very clean with nice beds, sofa, chairs, and kitchen. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower was amazing, although a bit narrow and only seats two at a time. Great restaurants, bakery, and markets nearby.

From moment one, the apartment was the perfect base for a 6 day stay in Paris. It was my daughter's first time overseas and the location couldn't be better - walking distance to all the biggies (Eiffel Tower, Arc, Concorde, Seine, Ile de Paris, Invalides, etc). Plenty of cafes, patisserie, restaurants, and a super market just a few steps away. The master suite was very comfortable, the 2nd room nice sized, kitchen was large and well stocked, and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. I would absolutely stay again!

Paris Perfect never disappoints. Bordeaux is the duplex of your dreams. Having rented several spectacular apartments from Paris Perfect over the last 20 years (each one having wonderful elements of charm and distinction), I have always wanted to rent the duplex Bordeaux...it's a WOW, especially if you are two couples each needing privacy as well as your own FULL bathrooms (there are 2). It's a dream, yet again making Paris perfect!

Wonderful location, the view of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular. Property could use a bit of a refresh, but overall, a nice experience.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

This was the fourth apartment we have rented through Paris Perfect and once again we were thrilled with our experience. The Bordeaux is a beautiful property -- very spacious, lovely decor. The "piece de resistance" is the fabulous balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. What luck that we were there for Bastille Day and saw the most outstanding fireworks display -- a memory we will never forget. Thank you to the Paris Perfect Team for yet another memorable vacation.

My husband and I had another great stay with the Paris Perfect Team at the Bordeaux property. The apartment is spacious and accommodating, kitchen well equipped, both bathrooms were good size for a Paris property, view was amazing and weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back again!

Paris Perfect lives up to its name. My Daughter and I had an exceptional experience staying in the Bordeaux: from booking with ease to convenient add on transportation services and impeccable service. The Apartment was clean & comfortable, the amenities complete, and the location convenient & scenic. To top it all off, the views of the iconic Eiffel Tower were Magical! We will be staying with Paris Perfect every time we visit Paris.

My husband and I were finally able to celebrate our 50th anniversary in the gorgeous Bordeaux apartment, two cancellations and a year and half later! It was definitely worth the wait. Everything that other guests have cited in their reviews is absolutely true. The apartment is lovely, the neighborhood is wonderful, Paris Perfect provides everything guests might need for a comfortable stay, and Paris herself always delights. This was our 6th Paris Perfect apartment stay and it won’t be our last. I am happy to recommend Paris Perfect most highly and without reservation and I can’t wait to plan our next trip!

This apartment was almost a dream! From the moment we booked it, the organization was flawless and there was always constant communication. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate it. The apartment is in very good condition, with modern appliances, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment has everything you need. Needless to say, the view of the Eiffel tower is the cherry on top for this apartment. Being close to Champ de Mars is also a huge plus, the street is filled with amazing bakeries, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! The Bordeaux apartment was well appointed, clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. The towels and linens were soft and comfortable, everything was in working condition, and the view made us so happy! The location has wonderful restaurants and bakeries just down the street. I highly recommend and hope to be back. Book with no hesitation!

Delightful! We enjoyed the apartment and the 7th arrondissement! Loved the Paris Perfect Team - reservations, questions during the stay, the taxi referral - all!! We will be looking for a London and Italy apartment!

The Bordeaux apartment was wonderful. Great location with lots of shops and cafes just downstairs. Apartment was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower.

My mom, myself and 2 sisters rented the Bordeaux for a week in May. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything in the Apartment was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and we felt very at home there. We loved the neighborhood as well..... we had a Grocery store right down the street, a wine store a coffee shop restaurants and anything we needed. We felt like we lived there before it was over. I would recommend this Apartment for anyone. It's nice to be able to spread out and feel at home. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our trip to Paris Perfect!! We will be back!!

We found the apartment to be a wonderful respite at the end of each day. Wonderful amenities; convenient location. Our greeter was wonderful and most helpful. We are four active women, who came to Paris for a 60th birthday celebration. The airline lost our baggage for a couple of days, but the location, comfort and convenience of the Bordeaux lessened our dismay of the luggage inconvenience. The apartment appears as photographed, which does not happen all the time. The kitchen was very well appointed with every imaginable modern convenience. The Bordeaux has spoiled us!

The apartment was great in size for five with the two bedrooms upstairs which added to the main level privacy. The location was fantastic and the recommended restaurants were excellent. The apartment provided a comfortable setting for a family of five. The welcome service provided was excellent and thorough and I look forward to our next visit to Paris to experience a different Paris Perfect apartment.

The apartment was great! It had plenty of room for the 4 of us (two adults, two teenagers), big living room, kitchen,etc. There was nothing that we would complain about. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again.

Our Bordeaux apartment was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The location was the best. A grocery, bakery, cleaners, wine shop, drug store, ATM, plus multiple delicious restaurants and cafes are literally only steps away...I can't see how there could be a better location. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable! And the Bordeaux apartment is completely updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a top to bottom marble master bath...so luxurious! Even the towels were divine! Ken, who works with Victor, picked us up from the airport. He knew exactly where to go and called Paris Perfect for us when we left the airport. A greeter met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was so helpful and I felt that we could have called for anything had we needed anything. I would never want to stay anywhere else in Paris. We seriously could not have loved it more.

My husband, sister and brother-in-law and I stayed at the Bordeaux for five nights from March 27-April 1, 2012. We were all very pleased to find the apartment had an initial supply of laundry detergent, soap, etc. as well as basic condiments so we did not have to purchase those items. The location was fabulous, easy to get around the city. Loved our stay, staff very helpful, was also very glad that we took advantage of hiring Victor's crew for pickup/return to the airport. Would definately stay again. We had the time of our lives!

We had the most amazing time in Paris and a big part of this was thanks to our perfect apartment! We really felt at home and enjoyed all the apartment had to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower, washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable beds. We loved our experience and have told everyone about Paris Perfect and our Bordeaux rental. Thanks Sara for making it so easy to check in and out. We were a little nervous as to how that would go but it was seamless. Oh and cannot forget Victor. His drivers made our trip to and from the train station & airport so carefree. I highly recommend calling him. He was terrific! Thanks again and we hope to be visiting Paris again very soon! We know where we will be staying!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay at the Bordeaux. The neighborhood was fantastic & we especially liked being able to try many nearby boulangeries for bringing croissants, etc. back to the apartment for breakfast. We enjoyed having breakfast in, wine & cheese in the evenings, & a few wonderful meals brought in from markets, we ended up getting far more for our money - & enjoying ourselves a lot more. We would recommend Paris Perfect to anyone!

We had a great time. I would not hesitate to recommend Paris Perfect to anyone. Staff was A+++. The wealth of information is invaluable...especially for those who do not speak French. WE could not have had the great experience we did if we had stayed in a hotel.

My family had the distinct pleasure of staying in your wonderful apartment on Rue St. Dominique during late July and early August. I think it was our best family vacation EVER (even with a tweener and a teenager and a lot of togetherness). For starters, the views-- from nearly every portion of the 5th floor apartment-- are unparalled. Le Tour Eiffel, Champs du Mars, classic cafes....;the apartment itself is beautifully decorated to put one in a decided France state-of-mind and the balcony is the perfect perch to people-watch. Despite scorching temps outside, the apartment was amazingly cool thanks to the beautiful French doors and shutters (and one or two strategically placed fans). Who were we to complain when the thermometer topped 40 degrees celsius (over 100+ F.) I don't even know where to begin with all the "little things" that make the apartment so livable and homey. We toured the City of Lights from dawn to dusk (OK, late morning til late dinner!) and it was wonderful to come back to an apartment so conveniently located and upscale.
