Location & Safety
by Brenda FuentesExcellent staff from reservation to departure. Superb location to start any Rome adventure. Our family of 3 felt safe walking at night and venturing around. There is a convenient Taxi station nearby if your travels require some driving. Overall, the apartment was very clean, well equipped and fresh. Our daughter indicated the smaller bed was not comfortable and sofas were not suitable for sleeping. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic stay and hope to return to explore more in the future.
Perfect location
by Dawn BartholowWe loved our stay at the Cardinale. The location is perfect…at the doorstep is a wonderful small restaurant with Piazza Navona just a few steps away. We had an incident where we lost hot water…totally our fault and help arrived within 30 minutes. The apartment is beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Suggestions is a larger Moka pot (we purchased one for the duration of the trip as a souvenir) and the couches were uncomfortable. Even with these issues we would definitely book again for our next visit.
Cardinale Apartment
by John G EmersonLarge apartment that is a walkup with at least 25 steps. Fully equipped kitchen, gas cooktop, full size fridge. 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. A/C is nice and cold. You could hang meat! Master bedroom is internal and does not face the alley so it is pitch black dark with the shutters closed - another plus. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Formal dining room. Nice faux marble finishes around the doors. Gorgeous wooden celling must be 14 ft high. Our host was wonderful and brought us an ice tray for the freezer and a brand new toaster so we could toast the wonderful bread of Rome. Helped with our noon departure so we didn't have to be out at exactly 10 AM. Lovely gal. Went above and beyond.
